This cake is great for the holiday season. It will not, however work in a bundt pan, as the caramel floats to the bottom.

Directions

  1. Heat oven to 350.
  2. Grease and flour a 9x13 cake pan.
  3. Mix eggs with other wet ingredients.
  4. Add dry ingredients and mix until just blended, pour into pan.
  5. Bake about 30 minutes and check for doneness.
  6. Let the cake cool, cut into 12 pieces, drizzle caramel topping on top.
