Earlene's Shrimp Creole Recipe

Ingredients
- 2 c. cooked rice
- 1 pound shrimp, deveined
- 1 minced onion
- 1 minced bell pepper
- 1 can tomato sauce
- 1/2 stick butter
- 1 garlic clove
Directions
- Saute/fry onions and peppers in butter. Add in garlic clove, tomato sauce and Tabasco. Add in shrimp and simmer till pink. Serve over rice.
