Dak's Coconut Pineapple Wheat Bread (Bread Machine) Recipe

Ingredients
- 1 pkt Yeast
- 3 c. Whole wheat flour
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1 Tbsp. Brown sugar
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- 1 Tbsp. Oil
- 1/2 c. Crushed pineapple, packed in It's own juice, liquid removed
- 3 Tbsp. Pineapple juice (liquid Liquid removed from can)
- 3/4 c. Plus 3 tb water
- 1/2 c. Shredded coconut (optional, Add in at the start of second Mix)
Directions
- Put all the ingredients into pan in the order listed, select "whole wheat" and push "start."
