Never mind the name of the burger, this thing has a lot of flavor! It is simple to make and tastes delicious.

Ingredients

  • 1lb Ground Beef
  • 2 tsp Weber Canadian Steak Seasoning (ground)
  • 1/4 Cup Monterey-Jack Cheese (Grated)
  • 1/4 Onion Diced
  • 2 Fresh Jalapeno Diced
  • 2 tsp Olive Oil
  • 2 tbls Tony Cacherey's Creole Seasoning

Directions

  1. In a small skillet on medium heat add Olive oil and diced jalapeños
  2. Sauté jalapeños unit they are tender (2-3 minutes or so)
  3. Place ground beef in a mixing bowl along with the onion (use less if you like), cooked jalapeños, Weber's Canadian Steak Seasoning and grated cheese
  4. Mix Well
  5. Form 3 hamburger patties by hand
  6. Season each side of the meat with Creole seasoning
  7. Heat Grill and cook to desired doneness
