  • 5 lbs boneless skinless chicken breasts trimmed of all fat
  • 2 tablespoons capers
  • 2 oz lemon juice
  • 1 cup low fat ranch dressing

Directions

  1. Pour dressing in crock pot.
  2. Add chicken and stir to coat well.
  3. Top with capers and drizzle with lemon juice
  4. Cook on low for 2 ¾ hours.
  5. Crock pot times may vary.
  6. Serve or chill and refrigerate for one of many, many uses
