Directions

  1. Peel and devein the shrimp.
  2. Dip the shrimp in lowfat milk, then in fine dry bread crumbs.
  3. Dip coated shrimp in egg and then again in the bread crumbs.
  4. Fry in deep Crisco heated to 365 degrees until well browned, about 2 min.
  5. Drain on paper towels. Serve while warm with desired sauce.
