  • 1 2 pound pkg. chicken breasts, cooked and diced
  • 2 cans cream of chicken soup
  • 1 (10 ounce) pkg. frzn peas and carrots
  • 1-2 c. lowfat milk
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon celery salt
  • Bisquick biscuits

Directions

  1. In large pot put together soup, lowfat milk, salts, and pepper. Blend till smooth. Add in peas and carrots and chicken. Simmer about 15 min. Serve over biscuits.Makes about 4 servings.
