Cranberry Pecan Pie Recipe
This is a Thanksgiving-ish recipe I got from a high school classmate this past fall...

Ingredients
- 1 pie crust
- 2 cups of cranberries
- 1 cup pecans
- 3/4 cup brown sugar
- Topping:
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/3 cup flour
- 2/3 cup of butter, softened
Directions
- Pour the cranberries and pecans into the pie shell. Sprinkle brown sugar over the top of the berries and pecans. Beat topping well and spread over the cranberry mixture. Bake @ 325 for 45 mins.
