Hala Kahiki Chili - Pineapple Chili by Denise SherinHala Kahiki means Pineapple, this is a tropical pineapple chili. It's a nice change from regular chili. It sweet and tangy. My son still eats it with tortilla chips but King's Hawaiian sweet rolls are nice with this recipe. |

Ed's Chicago Cocoa Chili ( aka Chocolate Chili ) by Edward HellerI like cooking and I love chili and chocolate, so if there was any way I could combine the three, I was gonna do it. So here is my quite excellent balance of sweet, sour, salty and spicy, which I hope you will enjoy as well. My Favorite Everyday Chili by Denise SherinThere's nothing like a hearty warm bowl of chili. My son loves chili and loves scooping it with tortilla chips. I know some people serve chili over rice or pasta but I am a chili purist. Just chili in the bowl and a nice piece of italian bread. Serve it how you like and top it with what ever you like.. shredded cheddar, sour cream… |

Almost A Borscht Soup by GlennI wanted a hearty soup for lunch and had a left-over half head of boiled cabbage. What else could I do but go wild adding borschtish ingredients until I almost lost track. Bottom line, if you don't have an ingredient just leave it out or substitute something else. Have fun and be surprised, like I was, that this came out tasting… |

Corn Chowder with Spam by GlennA basic, simple chowder to fill those little holes in your menu. Tastes great but is always better the second day so make sure you make too much. Easy to modify by adding or replacing your favorite food to make it your own. It's almost impossible to screw this up. Kudos to my sister Jann Hartman for the basic instructions. |

McNamara Clans Favorite Chili by Cindy McNamaraJust whipped up a batch of this rich, beefy chili for Super Bowl Sunday. We love to top it with sour cream, avocado, cilantro, shredded cheese, green onion and fried corn tortilla strips. I like a squeeze of lime on mine too. Its always better the second day and makes excellent filling for baked potatoes, burritos or for nachos. |
