Ganache Chocolate Nutella by Amos MillerUse this topping on any thing you wish to enhance with CHOCOLATE, from baked goods to ice cream. It will keep for a couple of days unrefrigerated - a couple of weeks in the cooler. Sprinkle some finely chopped nuts on top of the ganache, if you wish - even some crushed peppermint candy. Holiday Cranberry Cheese Pie by Denise SherinThis has become a family favorite for holidays. I found it in a Taste of Home cookbook. I have changed the recipe to be more diabetic friendly. The original recipe calls for sugar in both layers and I use Splenda in place of sugar and for the jello I use sugar free gelatin. But use sugar if you like. |

I've made single-serving pies in muffin tins, tarts, meat pies (after the pie is sealed you can make a braided edge to make it look pretty). Just be very careful not to work the dough… |

Casie's Fruit Torte by Just Cookin'My niece made this for Christmas. I was already so full I couldn't walk and still couldn't stop eating this delicious dessert. It can be made with low/non fat options as well. |

Peanut Butter Pie by ArcticGypsyThis amazingly easy, frozen dessert is a sure hit, no matter where you want to serve it. For a lighter taste (and an extra pie), use twice the whipped cream and an extra pie crust. |
