A "Cup A" Blackberry Cobbler by CarolinaheartstringsThis recipe could not be easier and you can use whatever you have for fruit either fresh or canned. I had wanted to try a “cup a” recipe for a while now and when I saw the wonderful fresh blackberries at a local market I snatched them up and asked my friend at work for her recipe and voila! |

Pear Cobblouti by Phyllis SmithI had pears from Harry & David, so I made this. I sprinkled cinnamon sugar on the top but otherwise ....pretty straight forward. And if you don't have self-rising flour, add 1 1/4 t baking powder and 1/4 t salt to a cup of flour and then you will have the same thing. I also subbed vanilla soy milk since that's what I had. Next time… |

Eric's Peach Cobbler by Now We're Cooking! This is a simple, caky cobbler that can be made with any seasonal fruit. I happen to think it goes best with peaches. In a pinch, you can even make it with good quality, canned peaches, and it will turn out moist and delicious. |
