Cookie Bar From A Cake Mix. Recipe

Ingredients
- 1 pkt (18 1/4 ounce) white cake mix
- 2 x Large eggs
- 1/3 c. vegetable oil
- 1 can (14 ounce) sweetened condensed lowfat milk
- 1 c. (6 ounce) semisweet chocolate chips
- 1/4 c. butter or possibly margarine, cubed
Directions
- In a bowl, combine the dry cake mix, Large eggs, and oil. With floured hands, press two-thirds of the mix into a greased 13 x 9 x 2 baking pan. Set remaining cake mix aside. In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the lowfat milk, chocolate chips and butter. Microwave, uncovered, on high for 45 seconds; stir. Microwave 45-60 seconds longer or possibly till chips and butter are melted; stir till smooth. Pour over crust. Drop teaspoonfuls of remaining cake mix over top. Bake at 350 for 20-25 min or possibly till lightly browned.
- Cold before cutting.
