Potato Salad by Gourmandelle LifestyleBlogThis salad was delicious! She cooked it yesterday and made a big bowl that could feed over 6 people but because it was so good we (my dad and I) finished almost the entire bowl in just a few hours. I decided this morning to post the recipe because it was so tasty that it must be shared with you. Fortunately, there was a small bowl… |

Sweet Zucchini Pickles by Salad FoodieToo many zucchini - what to do? A recipe by Chuck Allen (Palm Springs) caught my eye. Expectations are high from this retired chef, so he takes this recipe as a hostess gift. It is as colorful as it is delicious and lasts about 6 weeks refrigerated. The only thing I added was small cauliflowerettes. What an attractive conversation… |

Strawberry and Rhubarb Tapioca Pudding by Salad FoodieA delightful tapioca pudding for a special occasion. So ruby-red pretty, and with a small scoop of vanilla ice cream on top, you'll think you died and went to heaven. If fresh rhubarb is not available substitute frozen, and mash or cut up after simmering if necessary. |

Pasta with Cauliflower and Anchovy Sauce by Nancy MiyasakiThis is a wonderful, mild flavored pasta we've adapted from Marcella Hazan. I know it sounds like an odd combination of ingredients, but you should definitely try it. It's unlike any pasta you have likely eaten before, and it is quite tasty. We will definitely make it again. Serve with the roasted broccoli below for a nice… |

Mashed Potatoes by Candice GoodyearI don't like instant mashed potatoes at all. I make mine from scratch like many cooks out there. I like them either with butter and sour cream or butter and milk in them both are delicious. But, if you don't have milk or sour cream on hand you can substitute 1/4 cup real mayo, still taste great. |
