Chutney Marinade Recipe

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 c. plain yogurt
- 1/2 c. minced chutney
- 1/4 c. vegetable oil
- 1 x green onion and top, sliced
- 1 Tbsp. Dijon style mustard
- 2 tsp curry pwdr
- 1 tsp dry mint leaves
Directions
- Combine all ingredients together and blend well. Use with chicken, lamb and pork.
- Makes 2-1/4 c..
