  • 1-1/4 cups sugar
  • one 5 ounce can evaporated Milk
  • 1/2 cup softened butter
  • 1 cup milk chocolate-melted
  • 1/4 cup chopped pecans
  • 1/4 cup chopped walnuts
  • 1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar

Directions

  1. In a mixing bowl add all ingredients stir as you add each
  2. place a piece of parchment or waxed paper in a 9 x 12 x 3 dish (I use Pyrex) spread nut fudge in dish, smooth out with an offset spatula
  3. Refrigerate 2 hours (or longer)
  4. Cut into 2x2 squares and serve
  5. Enjoy!
