- 1 1/2 c. White bread flour
- 1/2 c. Wheat bread flour
- 1 Tbsp. Dry lowfat milk
- 2 Tbsp. Molasses
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1/3 c. Chocolate chips
- 1/3 c. Cherries, dry
- 2 tsp Triple Sec liquer
- 1/4 tsp Orange peel
- 1 tsp Yeast, fast rise or possibly machine
- 2 tsp Yeast, active dry
Directions
- Kids love it, but for adults, Chocolate Cherry turns a coffee break into a pleasant interlude. With a sweet topping, it becomes a new dessert bread.
