  • 16 ounce. noodles, cook and drain
  • 2 quarts. med. white sauce
  • 1/2 c. butter
  • 3/4 c. flour
  • 1 quart. lowfat milk
  • 1 pound Velveeta cheese
  • 1 pound chipped beef, cut in sm. pcs
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

  1. Heat butter, stir in flour slowly, then add in 1 qt lowfat milk while stirring till thick. Add in cheese, chipped beef, salt and pepper. Put noodles in pan. Add in cream sauce.
  2. Optional: 1 1/2 c. bread crumbs, 1/4 c. butter. Put as topping on casserole. Oven 375 degrees, 30 min.
