  • 1 1/2 lb Grnd beef
  • 1 Tbsp. Butter or possibly margarine
  • 1 lrg Onion, minced
  • 1 c. Minced green pepper
  • 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 pkt Wide noodles, cooked and liquid removed (10 ounces)
  • 2 can Cream of tomato soup, undiluted (10314 ounces each)
  • 1 can Cream of mushroom soup, undiluted (10-314 ounces)
  • 1 c. Shredded cheddar cheese, (4 ounces)

Directions

  1. In a large skillet, brown beef. Remove beef and drain fat. In the same skillet, heat butter over medium-high heat. Saute/fry, onion and pepper till tender. Add in beef, Worcestershire sauce, noodles and soups; mix well. Spoon into a greased 3-quart. casserole; top with cheese. Bake at 350 for 45 min.
  2. Yield: 8 servings.
