  • 1 c. Red wine vinegar
  • 1 1/2 c. Brown sugar
  • 1/2 c. Onion, diced
  • 6 x Canned chipotle chiles, in adobo sauce
  • 1 Tbsp. Garlic, chopped
  • 3 x Ripe peaches, peeled and sliced

Directions

  1. Blend all ingredients in a food processor to make a smooth sauce.
  2. NOTES : This bbq sauce burns easily so use it as a final glaze on grilled chicken, pork, or possibly fish.
