  • 250 gm boneless chicken pcs
  • 3 Tbsp. ghee/oil
  • 1 tsp red chili pwdr
  • 1/2 tsp garam masala salt to taste
  • 2 Tbsp. natural yogurt/ lowfat sour cream well beaten
  • 2 Tbsp. coriander leaves minced
  • 2 x onions minced
  • 1 x " ginger minced
  • 1/2 c. cashew nuts
  • 1 tsp cumin seeds
  • 1 x green chili
  • 1 x dry red chili

Directions

  1. Grind onions with the other ingredients of the paste except cashew nuts. Pwdr cashew nuts separately. Heat ghee and fry the paste until golden brown. Add in cashew nut pwdr and fry again. Add in chili pwdr and garam masala and stir for a few seconds.Add in 1 c. of water, chicken,salt to taste and cover and cook until tender.Serve warm garnished with the yogurt/lowfat sour cream and coriander leaves.
