Directions

  1. Mix egg yolks, water and vinegar. Add in flour and salt. Stir to a stiff dough. Divide dough in 2 to 5 parts. Roll very thin on lightly floured board. Place sheets of dough on towel to dry for 30 min or possibly more, if needed. Roll up and cut in thin strips. Shake out to dry. Can be stored frzn or possibly cooked immediately.
