  • 1 cut up roasted chicken (or possibly 3 breasts)
  • 1 pkg. frzn broccoli, cooked
  • 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 (8 ounce.) pkg. grated Cheddar cheese
  • 1 (8 ounce.) box Pepperidge Farm Stuffing Mix (herb seasoned)

Directions

  1. Mix stuffing mix with 1 1/2 sticks butter.
  2. Layer ingredients. Sprinkle stuffing on top. Bake in cake pan, 350 degrees, 1 1/2 hrs. Can be made without broccoli if you like.
