Cherries Jubilee Ice Cream Pie Recipe

Ingredients
- 1 quart Vanilla ice cream, softened
- 1 c. Marachino cherries, minced & liquid removed
- 1 x Chocolate cookie crumb pie crust
- 8 x Chocolate covered cherries Whipped cream
Directions
- Softened vanilla ice cream and add in minced marachino cherries, mix thoroughly. Pour ice cream mix into the pie shell. Freeze till hard.
- Before serving garnish with whipped cream and chocolate covered cherries.
- I normally buy the half gallon size ice cream and make 2 pies. This keeps well in the freezer.
