Capital Chicken Skillet Recipe

This is one of my fiancee's favorites. Tastes like you were in the kitchen all day, full of different flavors...but still just a variation on a theme of the basic easy chicken skillet, aka great to toss together after a long day. Enjoy!!

Directions

  1. Cut chicken into bite-size pieces. Brown in oil with garlic.
  2. Drain mushrooms and add to skillet.
  3. Stir in flour. Add soup, wine, and water. Cook, stirring, about 10 minutes or until sauce thickens.
  4. Stir in salt, tarragon, peas and pepper.
  5. Mix drained artichokes, minced onion, and parsley into skillet.
  6. Heat through and serve over rice.
