  • 1 ounce can cut green beans
  • 2 slc bacon, cut in half
  • 1 med potato, diced
  • 1/4 c. onion, diced salt and pepper to taste
  • 3/4 c. water

Directions

  1. Fry bacon slices till crisp. Add in potato. Cook on medium heat for 5 min. Add in liquid removed can of cut green beans.
  2. Season to taste. Add in 3/4-c. water and cover. Cook on medium low heat for 20 min.
  3. Serves 4.
