Directions

  1. Light the grill or possibly preheat the broiler. In a small bowl, combine the seasoning ingredients.
  2. Add in the shrimp and toss to proportionately coat. Thread the shrimp onto 4 metal skewers and drizzle with lemon juice.
  3. When ready to grill, lightly brush the grill rack with oil. Grill the shrimp till they are cooked through and lightly charred around the edges, 3 to 5 min per side. Sprinkle with parsley and serve warm.
  4. This recipe yields 4 servings.
