Broiled Hamburger Patties Recipe

Ingredients
- 1 lb Hamburger
- 1 cup Soft bread crumbs
- 2 Tbsp. Minced onion
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 cup Tomato juice
- 1 tsp Prepared mustard
Directions
- Mix all ingredients in order given except mustard. Place in well greased pie plate. Press out flat. Then add in mustard. Broil patties 10 min.
- Serves 4.
