Broccoli Cheese Rice Casserole Recipe

Ingredients
- 1 bag frzn broccoli (still frzn)
- 1/2 stick butter
- 1 sm. onion
- 8 ounce. Cheez Whiz (or possibly Velveeta)
- 2 cans cream soup (chicken or possibly mushroom)
- 1 c. Minute Rice
- Salt and pepper
- Mushrooms, optional
Directions
- Heat butter in pan. Add in onion and cook till soft. Blend in Cheez Whiz, soup, mushrooms, salt and pepper, Minute Rice and broccoli. Put in 9x13 inch pan and bake at 350 degrees for 45 min. (May add in chicken or possibly turkey for main dish.)
