- 1 Tbsp. Sugar
- 1 Tbsp. Salt
- 2 tsp Butter
- 2 Tbsp. port wine (red)
- 1/4 c. Blue cheese
- 1/4 c. walnuts coarsely minced
- 2 1/2 Tbsp. Applesauce
- 1 1/2 tsp active dry Yeast
