  • 1 (8 ounce.) can pineapple with juice
  • 1/4 teaspoon pineapple flavoring
  • 1 pound can apricot halves (liquid removed)
  • 2 (3 ounce.) Packages cream cheese, softened
  • 1 c. boiling water
  • 1 (3 ounce.) box apricot Jello
  • 1 (3 ounce.) box orange Jello

Directions

  1. Place pineapple and flavoring in blender. Blend a few seconds. Add in apricots, cream cheese and sherbet, blend till smooth. Dissolve Jello in boiling water, add in to blender; blend well. Pour into 9x13 inch pan. Chill.
