Here is a refreshing, nutritious, low fat idea for breakfast, a light lunch or a healthy dessert!

  1. Scoop out seeds from honeydew melon; remove rind and cut into thin slices. 
  2. Wash and thinly slice pears. 
  3. Peel and thinly slice kiwis. 
  4. Arrange the melon, kiwis, grapes and pears on a decorative platter.
  5. Squeeze juice from orange into a small bowl.  Add one teaspoon of honey and mix well.
  6. Drizzle the honey/orange juice over the fruit. The citrus will keep the pears from browning.
  7. This recipe works well as breakfast, a light lunch or a healthy dessert
