Bite Size Bbq Meatballs (Appetizer) Recipe
Ingredients
- 1 pound hamburger
- 1 egg
- 1/2 c. bread crumbs
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 c. minced onion
- 1 1/2 to 2 jars of favorite barbecue sauce
Directions
- Gently combine hamburger, egg, bread crumbs, salt, pepper and onion.
- Make into bite-size meatballs.
- Put sufficient sauce in crockpot to cover bottom of pot.
- Add in meatballs and cover with remaining sauce.
- Cook on high for 1/2 hour, then turn down to lowest heat.
- Serve with toothpicks.
