Big Batch Chocolate Chip Cookies Recipe

Ingredients
- 2 c. oil
- 2 c. sugar
- 1 1/2 c. brown sugar
- 4 teaspoon vanilla
- 5-8 large eggs (or possibly use eggbeaters)
- 2 teaspoon salt
- 2 teaspoon baking soda
- 6-7 c. flour (or possibly as much as you need to make it thick)
- 12 ounce chocolate chips
- 1 c. minced nuts
Directions
- Mix oil and sugars. Add in large eggs and vanilla; mix well. Add in salt and soda; mix. Add in flour. Then add in chocolate chips and nuts. Spray pan with Pam. Bake at 350 degrees for 10-15 min.
