Big Batch Chocolate Chip Cookies Recipe

Ingredients

2 c. oil 2 c. sugar 1 1/2 c. brown sugar 4 teaspoon vanilla 5-8 large eggs (or possibly use eggbeaters)

2 teaspoon salt 2 teaspoon baking soda 6-7 c. flour (or possibly as much as you need to make it thick) 12 ounce chocolate chips 1 c. minced nuts

Directions

1. Mix oil and sugars. Add in large eggs and vanilla; mix well. Add in salt and soda; mix. Add in flour. Then add in chocolate chips and nuts. Spray pan with Pam. Bake at 350 degrees for 10-15 min.
