Directions

  1. Chop onion and garlic and brown nicely. Trim fat off beef, cube and brown. Put onion, garlic and beef in frying pan. Add in broccoli, squeeze of lemon juice, soy sauce, salt, pepper and a bit of water till broccoli is done (approximately 10 min). Serve over rice, adding warm pepper as you like. Additional: Cut one tomato into wedges and add in a couple of min before dish is done. To add in color and flavor, cut 1/2 to 3/4 bell pepper; cut small and add in it with broccoli.
