Directions

  1. Combine flour, salt, pepper and dredge meat. Brown meat in drippings. Pour off excess. Add in bay leaf, curry, cloves, sugar, onion, garlic and water. Cover tightly and cook slowly for 2 hrs. Add in apple and raisins and cook 45 min. Throw away bay leaf and garlic and serve over rice. Serves 6.
