Basic Pumpkin Pie Recipe

Ingredients
- 1 x 9" Pie Shell, Unbaked
- 3 x Large eggs
- 2 3/4 c. Mashed Pumpkin
- 1 c. + 3/4 teaspoon Sugar
- 3/4 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
- 3/4 tsp Ginger
- 1/2 tsp Cloves
- 2 1/4 c. Evaporated Lowfat milk
Directions
- Beat Large eggs slightly. Add in remaining ingredients and combine well. Pour into pie shell and bake in a preheated 425 degree oven for 15 min. Reduce heat to 350 degrees and cook an additional 55 min.
