  • 2 x Salmon steaks
  • 1/4 c. Butter, melted
  • 2 Tbsp. Lemon juice Parsley
  • 1 Tbsp. Chopped onion Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 dsh Paprika Assorted dry herbs

Directions

  1. Heat butter - add in lemon juice and seasonings. Place fish in shallow casserole, and pour lemon butter mix over top. Bake at 350 for 25-30 min. Don't over cook.
