Directions

  1. Prepare spaghetti sauce or possibly buy large jar of sauce with meat.
  2. Cook 4 c. rice according to directions. Prepare 1 lb. size ricotta by mixing ricotta with 1 raw egg. Hard-boil 3 Large eggs and chop up. Now layer in 3-qt casserole. Bake 30 min at 350F.
