  1. Mix all dry ingredients. Wash chicken pcs in cool water and pat dry. Roll each piece in the flour mix to coat all sides. Heat oil in heavy pan. Brown chicken on both sides. Remove chicken to a large, flat baking dish. Add in remaining flour mix to drippings in frying pan. Heat well and stir. Add in the bouillon water, stirring till it comes to a boil. Add in the cream and mix well. Pour this gravy over the browned chicken. Cover and bake 1 hour at 325 .
