Ingredients

  • 1 pkt frzn hash brown potatoes, (32 ounce.)
  • 1/2 c. butter, melted
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 12 ounce American cheese, grated
  • 8 ounce lowfat sour cream
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 sm onion, minced
  • 2 c. corn flakes, crushed
  • 1/2 c. butter, melted

Directions

  1. Thaw potatoes and place in dish. Mix next six ingredients and pour over the potatoes. Top with crushed corn flakes; drizzle with butter. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 45 min.
