  • 1 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 x onion, finely minced
  • 6 clv garlic, finely minced
  • 6 x links spicy pork sausage, sliced
  • 1 c. water
  • 2 lb frzn green beans seasoning salt to taste

Directions

  1. 1. Heat oil in a large saucepan over medium heat. Saute/fry onion and garlic till tender. Stir in sausage and cook till proportionately brown.
  2. 2. Pour in water and bring to a boil. Stir in green beans; reduce heat to medium-low, cover and simmer till tender, about 30 min. Check water level often and add in more as needed to prevent scorching. Season with salt to taste.
