Directions

  1. 1. Cook the noodles in boiling water for 7 min. Drain well.
  2. 2. Heat the oil in a wok and stir fry the garlic and ginger for 1 minute. Add in the onion and stir fry for 2-3 min. Add in the pepper, and carrot and stir fry for 2-3 min.
  3. 3. Add in the noodles and cook for 2-3 min. Stir in the soy sauce and sesame oil and sprinkle with the peanuts.
  4. Serve.
