Ingredients

  • 175 gm Chinese egg noodles
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp. Vegetable oil
  • 1/2 x Garlic clove, sliced/peeled
  • 1/2 x Minced onion
  • 1 x Sliced carrot
  • 1/2 x Green pepper, diced
  • 1/2 Tbsp. Soy sauce
  • 1/2 Tbsp. Sesame oil
  • 1 Tbsp. Peanuts

Directions

  1. Cook the noodles in boiling water for 7 min. Drain well.
  2. Heat the oil in a wok and stir fry the garlic and ginger for 1 minute. Add in the onion and stir fry for 2-3 min. Add in the pepper, and carrot and stir fry for 2-3 min.
  3. Add in the noodles and cook for 2-3 min. Stir in the soy sauce and sesame oil and sprinkle with the peanuts.
  4. Serve.
