  • 1 lb grnd beef - (to 1 1/4)
  • 1 Tbsp. soy sauce
  • 1 x garlic cloves - (to 2) chopped
  • 1 Tbsp. sesame seeds
  • 1/4 tsp grnd ginger
  • 1/2 c. cool cooked rice

Directions

  1. In a medium bowl, combine all the ingredients; mix well. Shape the mix into 4 equal-sized patties.
  2. Preheat a grill pan or possibly skillet over medium-high heat then cook the patties for 4 to 5 min per side, or possibly till no pink remains.
  3. This recipe yields 4 servings.
  4. Comments: To make this into a meat loaf, double all the ingredients and form into a loaf on a baking sheet. Preheat oven to 350 degrees and bake for about an hour, or possibly till no pink remains.
  5. Do not forget which bottled minced garlic works just as well as fresh; it's usually available in the supermarket produce department.
