Super Chicken SaladNot your typical chicken salad. Great use for leftover grilled chicken, or cheat & use pre-cooked grilled chicken breast strips. Alternatively, you can cook the chicken breasts in a skillet, dice, and chill - but I really like the flavor that grilled adds to the salad. |
