Fall Spiked Cider FloatIn my dreams I would drink one of these while laying in a hammock thinking about the crisp air, pretty leaves, sweaters and boots, football, pumpkins, and apples. These are things I love about Fall. Floats are wonderfully nostalgic aren't they? Go ahead and make this drink today because Fall is here and you deserve to enjoy it in… |

Quick/Easy Chocolate Buttesecotch Peanut ClustersCandy making has been around for many centuries. Many countries have their individual candies. I have tried many clusters, or some call them turtles, and I like this simple one of mine. It's quick and simple and great tasting. Try it. |

Pumpkin CheesecakeExtraordinary cheesecake? The Brandy make this recipe so much better. I only use fresh pumpkin in my recipes. In the Fall I purchase several pie (small) pumpkins. All I do is clean, peel and cube then steam them until cooked through. Once cooled, I freeze them in 1 & 2 cup amounts. This way I always have fresh on hand. |

Halloween Candy Corn Fruit CupsHalloween is right around the corner. That means the ghouls and goblins in your neighborhood will be looking for sweet treats. Here's a great snack that I came across to help cut those calories. The picture shows a whipped cream topping but I like to use Greek Vanilla Yogurt. |

While the Honeycrisp will remain firm when cooked. Finally a buttery brown sugar topping is a fabulous variation on this classic American apple… |

Autumn Pumpkin-Java MilkshakeHere's a less sweet version from the traditional milkshake. You combine fresh coffee, coffee ice cream, pumpkin and pow, instant afternoon pick-me up. If you wish to turn this into a adult beverage, add Kahlua pumpkin spice or pumpkin pie cream liquor. For the pint sized ghoul's and goblin's, use decaf coffee and no spirits. |
