About me

I grew up in Jakarta-Indonesia, where food is cooked and served fresh daily. I remember going to the traditional market about 4 blocks away from home and all I can smell was delicious fresh ingredients of South East Asia, chili pepper, lemongrass, onion, shallot, garlic, curry, yummmm.....

Now I live in California, it is the mecca of greatest food of the world meet and smack together into a big giant pot and I am in the middle of it. How awesome!

I cook almost every night for me and my hubby. I mostly cook Indonesian and Chinese dishes. I love to bake as well but I won't call myself a chef. I am just a foodie nuts!
