Classic Oatmeal Raisin CookiesI’ve tried many recipes of oatmeal raisin cookies but settled on this as the best one yet. It’s from Joy of Cooking (1997). The cookies are nubby-textured, and somewhat soft, with a mild brown sugar and oats flavor. |
