World's Easiest Peanut Butter Cookies Recipe
Ingredients
- 1 cup of Peanut Butter
- 1 Egg
- 1 cup of Sugar
- Optional: Hershey kisses
Directions
- Preheat to 350. Mix PB, egg and sugar. Roll into small balls and place about 2 inches apart on a cookie sheet. Use a fork to smush the balls down with a criss-cross design on top. Bake for about 12 minutes.
- Optional: After taking them out of the oven, before they cool, place an unwrapped Hershey Kiss in the center.
- Let them cool before you take them off the pan or else they will fall apart.
